Nimble Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through our official website: www.petsnimble.com


Pet Eye Wipes & Accessories

For hygiene and safety, used pet eye wipes and other accessories cannot be returned.

  • Unused wipes may be returned in their original packaging within 30 days.

  • Accessories must also be unused and in original packaging.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please email help@petsnimble.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s) received

  • A photo of the packaging with the shipping label visible

Once verified, we’ll send a free prepaid return label and ship you a replacement (subject to stock availability).


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on all standard returns.

  • We provide a prepaid label only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for processing

  • A confirmation email once your refund is complete

⚠️ Shipping protection and priority processing costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product or variation, please place a new order once your refund is processed.
