Pet Eye Wipes & Accessories
For hygiene and safety, used pet eye wipes and other accessories cannot be returned.

Unused wipes may be returned in their original packaging within 30 days.

Accessories must also be unused and in original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please email help@petsnimble.com within 30 days of delivery with:

Photos of the item(s) received

A photo of the packaging with the shipping label visible
Once verified, we’ll send a free prepaid return label and ship you a replacement (subject to stock availability).
Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping on all standard returns.

We provide a prepaid label only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow:

A confirmation email once your refund is complete
⚠️ Shipping protection and priority processing costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product or variation, please place a new order once your refund is processed.
