Welcome to Nimble! Throughout these Terms of Service (the “Terms”), the words “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nimble. We run this website and store, including all information, tools, products, and services available through it (the “Services”), to bring you a carefully curated shopping experience. Nimble uses Shopify’s platform to power the Services.

Delivery times shown are estimates only—we can’t guarantee them. Nimble isn’t responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside of our control. Once we hand your order to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to you.

Everything on our Services—from text and images to logos and product designs—is owned by Nimble, its licensors, or affiliates, and is protected under intellectual property laws.
You may only use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, distributing, or altering our content without permission is prohibited. All rights not specifically granted are reserved by Nimble.

Nimble uses Shopify’s platform to operate our online store, but your transactions are with Nimble directly. Shopify does not handle sales, warranties, or claims arising from your purchases.
