Shipping Policy

We process and ship all orders within 48 hours from our warehouse.

Most customers in the USA and Canada receive their order in 5–7 business days, depending on location and carrier.

Please allow up to 10–14 days during peak seasons, holidays, or remote delivery areas.

30-Day Risk-Free Returns

If you or your cat aren’t fully satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start, fill out our contact form with your order details (photos help speed things up).

Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect—in that case, we’ll send a prepaid label. Repackage the product, attach the label, and drop it off at FedEx or USPS.

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 3–5 business days. Returns are not accepted after 30 days unless an extension is granted.
